I appreciated the convenience of the key machine being right up front at Walmart. The process of getting the key made was simple and quick. The price for my one copy, $3.00 (plus tax), was reasonable, especially considering the speed and ease of getting it. My only concern was that despite repeatedly swiping my debit card, the machine didn't read it, so I had to insert. That's fine, but it made me anxious that I might get charged for each of my previous swipes. But the company did send me an email receipt soon after, and everything looked good. So, I will be glad to come back when I need a key again. Thanks.

I got my key copied quickly at the machine in less than 5 minutes. Another one i ordered arrived in 4 days, neatly packaged. Definitely recommend them

keys didn't work

The credit card chip reader wasn't working when I went, I had to leave without getting my key copied. I tried many many times in different ways without success. If you have a card that doesn't have a chip you can still swipe it to pay. I don't know how cash would work since you need to do the exact amount but the machine doesn't accept coins and my total was $6.52 or something like that.
