Wow, I'm impressed with Valleywide Glass! I had a broken patio door glass that needed replaced. From my initial phone call to the job being complete, about 3 hours! Ashley was wonderful figuring out what I needed done and setting up my appointment. My two technicians, Alric and Mike, were great! They were prompt, professional and very pleasant! I'd recommend asking for them by name; they are a very solid team! No one likes these types of surprises, but Valleywide Glass truly made it less of a hassle! Thank you!

I was referred here through my insurance, and was not disappointed! They took my information, processed my claim, and had a crew out to MY location within hours. They were booked but still found time for me, much appreciated! Jesus and the other gentleman worked fast and efficient. If I ever need glass work again, I know whom I'll be calling!

Touchdown has fantastic customer service, and Dwayne was very knowledgable about window repair, and did a quality job replacing the broken window at my house, all while keeping me updated with the repair schedule (the window was a special order) on a consistent basis.
