Even though my smart locks were delayed in shipping, he was kind and informed throughout the process. It was a tremendous project. 5 rekeys 3 smart lock installations, and a front door handle replacement (in addition to keying the 3 smart locks). He showed up on time and finished the job swiftly and flawlessly. He is enthusiastic about his work and values excellent customer service. They were willing to match the dealership price to save me a longer trip up to north Scottsdale. Yale Express Locksmith provided us with excellent service. The technician was courteous and helpful. He arrived on schedule and promptly began working on our car lock. He had no trouble opening it, despite the fact that it was a Volvo, which some people find difficult to open. He completed the job in approximately 45 minutes and had everything ready for us to utilise the car straight away. We will surely contact them again if we want other services!

Called them and specifically asked if they could re-key a mobility scooter, they said yes and took my information, I waited a few hours and called them again to see when they would be heading my way and they checked the ticket order and read it to me that it was for a mobility scooter and said someone will call. I didn't get a call, and I waited for 6 hours! I called again and said I was still waiting for someone to call and then he checked the ticket again and said oh sorry we don't work on mobility scooters. I waited around all day for nothing.
