Overall, a fantastic experience! I requested a quotation for a replacement key for my Honda. I received prompt responses to my numerous queries, and I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. My guy was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and forthright about the potential concerns with my key/car. I didn't notice the lock on my side door wasn't working properly, until I caught someone starting to walk through it! I was very scared, but Nathan from Einstein showed up right away to give me a new secure lock. He was so nice and professional, and I've had other locksmiths surprise me with unexpected fees- but not Nathan! He was very honest and upfront when it came to pricing. Then, when I lost my key to my mailbox, I knew who to call! Nathan showed up same day with a new lock and key for me and it all went very quickly.

I LOVE KEYME! I was actually dredding going to look for somewhere to copy my house key. Then, while at the kiosk I realized that I coukd make a sticker of my key fob which is so much easier because now I don't have to take my huge keychain out of my bag, it's much easier since I pasted it on the back of my phone! Great service and I am so pleased! Keep it up!!

I didn't give 5 stars because I thought I would receive keys at kiosk. They are a bit stiff, but with use they will be fine.

I had a great experience with Leon Locksmith LLC. Their technician was on time, professional, and solved my lock issues quickly.

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.

I recently had to call a locksmith for an emergency lockout situation, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The technician was prompt, professional, and was able to get me back into my home in no time.
