Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.

Being able to make a key inside of a FRYS food store made it convenient. I got 3 copies of a key and they all worked great. It does cost a little more than stopping at a hardware store and having a key made, but the convenience made it worth it. I do wish the machine also took cash. It only takes credit cards.

I phoned him since I could not go into the home because the front door's lock was not functioning. Twenty minutes after agreeing to come out, he showed up. He didn't waste any time in finishing the task. Without charging extra, he replaced the barrel and lubricated the locking mechanism. swift and effective service. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Asked for cc info. Told they would send someone. Then 30 mins later they text you saying no one is available and it'll take up to 5 days to refund your money.

Ron was wonderful! He was very professional. We described the lock issue incorrectly and he still honored the price he quoted on the phone. He even did the best he could to be extra quiet when I mentioned our little one was napping. I highly recommend this company!
