They quoted me for a price , told them I've got a cheaper offer and when they asked me what was the offer and told them, very ironically answer I can do it for free but next year . If you're in a business, any bussiness and can't apprehend that there is a competition and other companies actually have better prices and arguably better services you shouldn't be in bussiness!!!

Edited review: I was unhappy with the services provided on my store front. I asked that the hardware be removed and that I receive a refund. Metro Lock & Safe honored my request without complaint.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! I got home and it’s 105 degrees and can’t get into my house. I called and gave all of my information and within 2 minutes I received a call from Sean. He got to my home in 10 minutes and had me in the house in another 15 minutes. He is so honest and so professional. He’s the best! Bought a new home 15 yrs old, no keys for hidden vacation mail box. Cactus Lock andKey was prompt, low cost and gave two sets of keys. Very satisfied with the service.

Awesome convenient and I especially liked that they can save your key if you ever get locked you can go to the kiosk enter your email and scan your print and it will cut a copy for you. Got home tested 3keys I had cut they all worked.

My emergency was not an easy one.It required a special lock. The technician arrived on time to review the job and propose an estimate. He located that lock within 12 hours and installed it in 15 minutes at no extra cost.It's not everyday one needs a locksmith, however, I'll be sure to call them the next time I do.
