Needed a spare key for a Lexus. These guys communicated all the details with me up front, and got the new key cut, even working around the fact that my existing key was bent. Threw in a new shell for the existing key because the old one was falling apart. Will definitely use these guys again in the future!

My mother-in-law had locked herself out of her condo on a weekend. We did a quick Google search and PickNick came up. We called and he arrived in less than 30 minutes. Less than 5 minutes later we were in the condo where my mother-in-law's keys were laying on the table. He made us two more copies of the key so my mother-in-law could leave one with friends close by and the other with us in case of future issues. He was professional, courteous and kind. We plan to keep his business card just in case.

These guys are the best auto locksmiths in the valley. Never use anyone else. I called Pop a Lock locksmith and was told $265 to fix my ignition and rekey my car. Called Anderson locksmith and $220 was there quote. Geronimo $90 dollars and a new keyed ignition and transponder key. Only use these guys. Simply the best.

Moved into a new home and desperately needed a re-Key. I called AZ Keys and Locksmith andf they were prompt, professional, clean, and priced fairly. If you want low stress key work and locksmithing call them!

Buyer beware! KeyMe is outsourcing calls to terrible 3rd party locksmith companies. I called KeyMe and unbeknownst to me, Keyme outsourced me to a 3rd party service. After the service was complete, the locksmith charged me $220 for 5 minutes of work to drill out my door handle. They did not have another door handle to replace the drilled handle and he did not clean up the mess. He did not send me an invoice as promised. For that price, I should of driven to home Depot and bought the best cordless drill and done it myself. I feel completely taken advantage of. It's a shame there are companies out there like this. Next time I will ask more questions up front.

We never received the key that was supposed to be mailed to me but I did receive a refund.

Very unprofessional. Appears their call center is NOT local so its impossible to.deal with them. I called to cancel an appointment for the following day and had 3 people hang up on me. One guy tried to get me to pay a service fee because he thought the service already occurred. Wasn't it in their system that my appt was for the next day? This place is a service nightmare. Do yourself a favor and call a local company with better customer service.
