I had Jesse and his team come out to clean up an overgrown tree in the backyard. I couldn't be there but I told my wife what I wanted done. To my surprise, the tree came out exactly how I wanted. They cleaned up and hauled away all the branches. I was very happy with their work and will use them again.

First, second and third inpressions are awesome! Scheduled to be here at 8:00am was here at 7:30, all five guys that was here was curtious, listened and worked extremely hard,safe and fast. We was totally impressed with their work. Took down a fifty foot tree and cleaned up in three hours. Thanks guys you did an amazing job!!!!!! Price was reasonable too!

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. After a storm uprooted our huge palo verde tree, I contacted Joe, owner of New Heights Tree Service. He was quick to respond and came out just a couple of hours after I contacted him! They removed not only the uprooted tree but another we had been wanting removed at an extremely competitive price for the removal, haul off, and stump grinding. Joe was very friendly and his pride and passion for his work was clear. I have a 2 more trees I’d like to replace (Joe even provided some recommendations!) and will definitely be calling New Heights back!
