We called Tree Pros to do some major trimming on two mature mesquite trees. While there were some scheduling/communication issues in the process, the working team was great to work with and the aforementioned issues were resolved promptly when we called! Most professional and know their business and most of all, they know how to take care of customers where there are problems with the job. We were not only sent a note of apology from General Manager, Jason but also offered a rebate for some of our cleanup and it is most refreshing to have a company like Tree Pros that steps up to any issues/problems and solves them immediately! There are plenty of people who can provide good service for your lawn and tree needs, but if you need an arborist (not just someone who will follow your directions and cut what you think is appropriate), call these folks. They are knowledgable, professional, prompt and courteous; along with being quite willing to share their knowledge and experience.
I had no idea that one of the trees I wanted trimmed has been identified as an extremely invasive species (Dalbergia Sissoo) which was already causing problems.
Integrity Tree Service / SaveATree rep Roy Maxey came out and walked the property with me, developed an approach to manage that tree and a couple of others, and scheduled a work crew.
The crew arrived on time yesterday, did the work, then cleaned up the area. There are a few follow-up items to be addressed, but I am confident that they will also be handled with the same professional, efficient expertise as the portions of the job that have been completed.

We contacted PV Trimmers for two trees we needed trimmed. They came out quickly to give us an estimate. They explained what they planned to do and gave us an estimate quickly. They told us that they could use the mulch for Phoenix parks which appealed to us. Once we decided to use them, they got the contract to us right away and scheduled to come the next day. Joe and his team removed a Sissoo tree from my back yard. He treated the roots (after removing the tree & stump) with a herbicide and explained to me how to further treat them. The Sissoo tree can be very invasive and the roots will continue to live unless treated. They were professional, easy to work with, communicative, conscientious and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Joe and call him regarding any tree service needs.
