We needed two dying trees removed and Hayward was $100 less than the next lowest quote we received. The crew was professional and efficient, the trees were removed and the yard cleaned up in 30 minutes. That alone would be worth a great review, but when we went to plant new trees we ran into a snag and I had a lot of questions. Amber (owner) spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, explaining things to me that were even beyond the scope of the work they did - which to me is an indicator of exceptional customer service. I'm so thankful for her helpful recommendations and expertise. It has saved us stress, time and money. I cannot recommend Hayward enough!

Ambassador Pest Control has provided their exterminating service for me for well over 20 years. They are very dependable and thorough. They have been flexible when my schedule has not coincided with appointments. Their staff is very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Do not use this company. Constant and never ending screw ups, unresponsive owner, lack of care in their work. Check their yelp reviews and avoid at all costs.
