Best Regular Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

This business was the lowest of 4 bids we put out. They were 2 of the bids that responded exactly when they said they would, showed up exactly when they said they would and did a magnificent job of trimming and disposing our HUGE mulberry tree. i would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service

These guys were great! I called them to come out to remove a few old giant trees for safety reasons. The gentleman was very friendly to deal with, and his team was the most efficient team I had ever seen. Everyone knew what they were doing, and they worked diligently. Very courteous, cautious, and professional. Quick with the trees coming down, wonderful cleanup. I am very satisfied with their work and the price was very reasonable. Working with your business was beyond my expectations in that I got an immediate return call and in the same week the crew was in my yard completing my requests. A reasonable estimate spelling out details of the arborist job I was specifically wanting to get done was provided and there were no surprise charges at the end. Their job was great including cleanup and removal of all branches. I would highly recommend Tree Service Peoria company to any of my neighbors.

They advertise FREE estimates, yet require payment information just to have someone provide the estimate. No other business I've ever encountered has advertised a free estimate and required payment info. Very shady way to start a relationship with a customer.

Initial request was placed by my husband in regards to a water hammer noise we were having with our back yard irrigation system. When the technician arrived I again went over the issues we were having. Turns out the water hammer issue was not addressed and he replaced everything else but the valve for the hammer noise. We had to have another service call.

We disputed the second $75 service call fee (which we thought was fair) and were paying for the valve replacement and the rest of the invoice. The customer service agent would not back down. Also please note the agent also wanted us to pay our bill before even receiving an invoice.

When getting service from this company ensure your request is in writing. We do not recommend nor will we ever use this company again.

They cleaned up my yard today I'm very happy with the service. I figured while they were working that they would need a break and I was curious to see if they would try and charge me for their break as well because I was paying them by the hour. I'm happy to say that they did not attempt to charge me for the time that they were on break!

They are hard workers, they did a great job and treated me honestly.

Top Leaf Tree Service just left and did an excellent job of thinning out 6 trees. 3 Mesquites and 3 Palo Verde. I was referred to this company from a friend that has used them for years. I am really impressed and glad I went with them! I had two other companies come out and give me quotes as well as Top Leaf. Levis came over and was the only one that spent time with me discussing the needs and trimming of each tree. He really knew his subject matter. He also pointed out some issues with other trees on my property that I was not aware of. I wanted to get the work done now but he said because of the tree species, it would be better (less stress) on the trees to wait until cooler weather to trim them. The other companies did not point it out and when I asked they added the work to their estimates. When I asked about if it was appropriate to trim those trees during the hot summer months, they said they probably shouldn’t and took the work off their bids!
Today the crew arrived and did an amazing job from start to finish. They had professional equipment including a truck with a chipper mounted to it. They were very professional, courteous and really cared about how I felt as a customer. The crew leader walked the job with me prior to doing any work and then again when they were done to ensure we agreed and I was happy with everything.

This company cares about Total Customer Satisfaction! The clean-up was outstanding. I would recommend Top Leaf Tree Services to anyone who wanted their trees to look like they supposed to look.

Thank you for coming out on time and doing such quality work at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for folks! Yes many guys will drive the neighborhoods and offer to trim your trees, but most of them just trim and hack. They do not thin them out and get them healthy as they should be. This is what was done by the Top Leaf team for me today.
