After purchasing my home I was looking for lawn care service to maintain my yards. After finding AMS I was impressed with there responsiveness and lines of communication. I always use email to communicate with the company and Melissa always responds and takes care of any admin questions I have. I appreciate the recommendations they give for my lawn but they never pressure me and always just let me choose what services I want. This company is always punctual and even paying was simple. If I don’t have services for a while due to the season changes, anytime I email them they pick up right where I left off with my services. They leave this whole process stress free for me! Thank you again AMS! Your whole team is outstanding!! I would highly recommend!

I haven't used a landscaper before so I chose Divine Design after reading all the positive reviews. I had them do an initial cleanup as well as sod installation. We had a few miscommunications and at first I wasn't completely happy with the results mainly because I live in an HOA and they have extremely high standards that have to be met. I voiced my concerns and they came back the next day and took care of the issues for me. Overall they did a great job and I'll continue to use them for regular biweekly maintenance.

We love working with J.Gastelums because they always understand what type of landscape design we’re looking for and always provide a beautiful final product.

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.
