Love the appointment portal, knowing who is going to show up, and their customer service. Would definitely recommend for any landscaping needs!

I contacted No about removing a dead Ash tree. His crew did a fantastic job of safely removing the tree.
The crew cleaned up not only the remains of the Ash tree but also cleaned up all of the dead leaves under my fruit trees.
The crew used a stump grinder to remove the remaining tree trunk. The yard looks like a tree was never there.
I recommend you ask Mo for a quote if you are in the Ahwatukee area.

I had some queen palms that were dying. Dave and his crew were able to diagnose the issue, fertilize the palms and showed me how to care for them. I didn’t lose any of the trees and I’m happy to report that a year later, they are thriving and doing much better. He really cares about landscaping and plants and is extremely knowledgeable.

Arrived 45 minutes after scheduled time.

The foreman (not sure if this is his title but obviously was the one in charge) did NOT wear a face mask when discussing items with me and did not practice social distancing. I was wearing one and I would expect you as a company to provide a face mask to those employees who will be in direct contact with the customer.

Additionally after waiting one month for the service they arrive with the wrong equipment and could not complete the stump grinding after tree removal. I would expect the person creating the estimates to take certain items into account to make sure the correct equipment is scheduled for the correct home.

The workers also left trash (ripped gloves etc) in my yard. They also broke a piece of my sprinkler system.

This is the second time I've used this company and will be the last.

I love these guys. They always go way beyond my expectations. They make the trees look so natural and even artistic. We had a huge Eucalyptus that was over 100 years old and it needed trimming and thinning. The tree had been neglected for several years. Joe got up in there and spent a long day working on it until it was perfect. They also trimmed a palm and three other trees that needed pruning. They cleaned it all up so quickly at the end. I was very impressed with them.
I have also used Joe at another property to remove huge Sissoo trees. He is very professional and punctual and he is reliable too. I highly recommend this company.

Johnny did a terrible job. Unresponsive. Left huge seams in artificial turf. Did not correctly close off old sprinkler system and led to a $500 water bill.
