On time and great service. They removed a sumac tree from my front yard. I will definitely use again.

Jesse Huffman came and trimmed my thirty year old very thorny mesquite tree and did a great job. I was concerned I might need to have it removed. Jesse and helper were able to prune it right and I get to keep my tree that the birds love with the shade I enjoy.

Russ removed a dead tree from my yard, as well as two stupidly planted trees that were causing damage. He also either removed the stumps or ground them down low enough that I can't see them. He also trimmed my bougainvillea. Everything was done professionally and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Russ's work!

We had tall palms trimmed and skinned and other large trees trimmed. Jon and his team are professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner. They removed 1 big Palo Verde, 3 storm damaged bushes and ground down 2 Palm tree stumps. By far the best price out of 3 quotes, excellent workmanship, prompt, clean, professional. Lance is one of the nicest guys you want to meet.

During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.

Gilbert did a wonderful job pruning my overgrown Desert Museum Palo Verde, which was spreading onto my roof. He pruned to take all the branches of my roof and cleaned it. Above and beyond the call! He did a great job and I WILL be using him in the future. I would highly recommend him to all.

Its was a good decision call Sergio's landscaping at 8:00 this morning because i had a tree falling down on my roof and i was worried that it was going to fall at any time. So Sergio said the would be here around 9:00 10:00 , they got here at 9:45, looked at my tree and said they could help me out!! The price was right! Then they did something i did think they do they cleaned the fount yeard all of it! And was done by 11:00! Thank you for your help with my tree..and the two guys that came to my house and had to help my neighbor who is a lil old and was all in the way!!! You handle it great!!!

Guillermo does a terrific job and I'd recommend him to anyone. He shows up on time, does a great job, and the clean up is excellent. He is very professional, friendly, and customer focused--always checking-in to be sure is work is on track for what you've asked. He's done work for me before--and I'm always happy with his work.

First of all people giving positive reviews are family and owners of this business. Haley is one of them. The owners are absolute scam artists
& liars and will scam you out of your money! Do NOT use this service! Do NOT give them a deposit. They are thief’s and con artists. I regret ever hiring these shady people. They took my deposit and did not do their job at all. Hire someone else!!!!!

Great service, great price!

I had three trees cut down and the stumps ground out. There was too much for their truck to haul away so they reduced the price with the proviso if the city would pick it up. The city wouldn't do it so I paid to have it done. The manager said he would take care of it. His cell phone rings busy all day long and the office number says to leave a message but never return a call for three days. I would not ever hire this company again.

I don't really know who gives reviews about this company they never answer the phone at anytime day nights or weekends confusing.

Despite some rescheduling issues (just bad luck I think), these guys did a great job removing, stump grinding and cleaned up after themselves. Even covered the stump with dirt and rocks from the yard. Price was very good. It's obvious they are very busy, communication is a bit delayed but for the price and quality they provide, I would recommend and use again.

I have used My Tree Guy and relied on Keith for over 5 years now. I have used several tree service companies in the last 20 years and by comparison Keith's company has been the most knowledgeable, prompt and attentive to our needs. In fact after a harsh storm several years ago, shortly after I had another tree service company take care of the fallen large mesquite which damaged a tall mature Palo Verde, I asked Keith to come out and trim the rest of my trees because I was not happy with how the other well recognized tree service company had accomplished their work. He inspected my damaged tree and other trees and saved the Palo Verde. It is a showcase Palo Verde in our front yard.
Since Keith started servicing all our trees, front and back, we continually get compliments on how beautiful our trees are. I have found Keith to be honest and timely in his business and he treats us fairly and reasonably. His crews are very respectful and friendly as well. I trust Keith and know he abides by strong principles and beliefs in his business dealings and is a very knowledgeable arborist.
