I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

Better pricing than their competitors and responsive office staff that quickly worked through some scope/pricing options with me. The day of, they did exactly what they said they'd do. They cut down a large pine tree (40+ ft) in my backyard in under 4 hours without causing any damage to my masonry wall or pool deck, which it was sandwiched in between. They cut down 3 smaller trees in the front yard and grinded the stumps. When I came home you could never tell there was anything there, and everything was cleaned nicely. Would definitely hire again.

Fabian was amazing. We had another company cancel on us last minute with no offer to reschedule so we were left to hunt for another tree trimmer and so glad we did. Fabian and his crew showed up to our house within the hour! He explained everything thoroughly and they were done quickly, leaving the yard clean from debris. We will definitely use these guys again. They showed up and took care of the weeds, bushes, backyard lawn, and our troublesome palm tree, all under three hours, and it looks fantastic! Kept an open dialogue and we're very happy with how it all looks now. Will hire for monthly services.

I have been using Sun State as my work landscaper for 8+ years. The key is good communication with the supervisor. All of the workers are pleasant and helpful from the office staff, supervisors and the workers.

Extremely lacking in professionalism, listening to community needs and concerns, and follow-through. Would not hire.
