Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Austin and his team at RafterHouse have done a fantastic job building a strong brand in the Arcadia neighborhood. My wife and I were presented with an opportunity to build a home with them this year, and we’re currently in the process of building. His window guy came out, gave me and estimate and fixed/replaced my windows within days. I highly recommend Centennial, and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.

Nothing but good things to say about Builders Express. They installed backsplash in our kitchen and filled in a space over our fireplace. They were quick to get the job done and the work was done to perfection. So nice to have someone you can count on!
