Best Residential Addition in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

In my opinion, they are the best flooring company in town. They immediately came when I messaged them for a tile replacement service. The tiles they installed are all top-quality. The installation was finessed.

We had Mikko out to get an estimate to put an addition on our bedroom. We got the plans sent out to us in a very timely manner with a layout that we loved. We started the job shortly after accepting our estimate. From start to finish, the guys showed up on time and put in long days to get our project finished up quick so we could be back in our room. I was expecting the project to be so messy, but was in shock by how clean they left the jobsite at the end of the day. All the employees of Miko, LLC were so friendly and nice to visit with. We felt totally comfortable to leave them in our house while we were away. We are so incredibly happy with how beautiful our new bedroom turned out. It is like a dream. Thank you Miko and team for all your hard work.

We recently had our flat foam roof replaced by Lyons Roofing. Great to work with and so personable and nice. I was impressed with their professionalism and great work. The workers were great and the project manager kept us updated on everything that was being done. They cleaned up beautifully. After they were done, our project manager thoroughly inspected everything - even sending workers back because he was not 100% satisfied with one small detail. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Very professional, and a vast amount of experience. Anyone who's wanting to get a bathroom or kitchen reminded, I highly recommend!
