We had NLKD refinish out pool deck. This was not an easy job as they had to remove some old fake rocks from deck and pour new concrete in the spaces. THEY did and fantastic job. It was just unbelievable the difference it made. We liked the work so much we had them finish some other deck areas the following year. What was most impressive was communication and follow through. Both times they were prompt and on time, clean up was awesome and kept us informed all along the way. Their professional work and attitude was extremely refreshing compared to the wham bam work we have experienced with other contractors we have used. They will make your project a breeze. I have to admit, when we needed our walk deck repaired and resurfaced, we were a little nervous going with a young company, but choosing Bill Hendricks and Fun N Sun Walk Decks to complete the work was the best decision we could have made! They show up when they say they will, the price you are quoted is the price you pay (no surprises or upsells), and they are extremely professional. Bill and his team are also very friendly, polite, and responsive! We were in a situation where we needed images of our repairs, and Bill went above and beyond documenting every step of the process for us. He also understood the time constraints we were working with and completed the work very expeditiously.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Mikko and his team. They did a complete renovated a condo in Scottsdale for us. (2 bathrooms, ceilings, kitchen, flooring, painting) Excellent finishing and easy to work with. (even though I might not always be) Also had many helpful suggestions.

After the reno was completed, we were out of town, and the unit below called to say they could hear running water. With no-one else to call, Mikko had a guy go check it out for us on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Miko LLC for your next job.

What a difference. I had Bob and his crew put a new coating on my pool deck. I opted for a flagstone pattern to match the existing decor. They did a great job and delivered exactly what was promised. I have more projects in the garage and front yard that Bob will definitely be doing. Thanks again.

My wife and I were presented with an opportunity to build a home with them this year, and we’re currently in the process of building. Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. Professional and skilled workmanship that we are so excited to show off to family and friends. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! Thumbs up ?? ????⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

These gentlemen are great. Their attention to detail definitely sets them apart. With their experience they helped us design a pool that not only looks great, it fit our budget. I highly recommend WB design build.

There’s nothing good about Ron Buchholz and his low-grade, inexperienced workers that he hires straight from the Home Depot parking lot. If I could give NEGATIVE 1,000 stars, I would! Ron is a terrible person and should be banned from construction or ultimately from having a license. He did a bathroom remodel for us in 2019, which was done wrong in every way possible. We filed a complaint with the ROC in 2020 because we just couldn’t live with the flaws in our bathroom and longer. After the inspection, the ROC found him liable to fix all of his work, but Ron manipulated us to believe that if we dropped the complaint he’d repair everything to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, we believed the liar that he is and dropped the complaint. He proceeded to drag his feet for months, and excuses after excuse. He finally did the bathroom demo, then he went MIA two weeks into the project. He completely abandoned his work and his commitment to us. Ron is a fraud — PERIOD. His actions were premeditated and he’s a complete scam-artist! We thought about getting an attorney, but it’s not worth the time or effort at this point. I’m emotionally drained from the energy and stress this man has caused us over the last 3 years, so it’s best to just move on. He's likely being sued by multiple people anyway, so he’s probably broke. I truly hope that man gets what’s coming to him. Karma! Check the ROC website! He has multiple complaints open against him at one time. He also works under various company names, so beware!
