Started out with great customer service by Justin Hall; he bent over backwards to try to help us stay within our budget. Unfortunately the project manager, John F. ruined the deal by trying to suck more money out of us by trying to convince us to let them do more than we originally wanted. We were very specific on our budget, and knew exact materials that we wanted. We never received itemized quotes for the extra sections of the project after numerous requests. Finally, John sent us an email seemingly irritated with US, and said the new price for all work would be over $30K ($10K over what we told him our budget was), with a take it or leave it attitude. Needless to say, we left it. I hope for Justin's sake he does not get paired up with John F. again on future jobs. What an unfortunate loss of a customer.

We are very satisfied with the driveway resurfacing performed by NKLD. Dave provided the estimated in a timely manner and the quote was very reasonable compared to others we received. Angel worked diligently to complete the job as promised and we couldn’t be happier with the color and texture he produced.

What a difference. I had Bob and his crew put a new coating on my pool deck. I opted for a flagstone pattern to match the existing decor. They did a great job and delivered exactly what was promised. I have more projects in the garage and front yard that Bob will definitely be doing. Thanks again.
