This was a home project of tile removal around the pool and then resurface with a standard lace texture. A compete success!!! I was not sure it could be done but Arrowhead did a fantastic job. What I really appreciated was the communication from beginning to end. The work was done during a wet December and January so there were challenges. They worked through them, kept me informed and always showed when they said they would. The owners, John and Catherine, as well as Kari in the office were great. I will hire them for future work for sure. Highly recommend.

We had the owner of NLKD come out to view needed repairs on our old worn out Kool Deck surrounding our pool in May 2020. David came on time, provided much needed guidance on steps necessary to bring the area up to standards and quickly provided a very competitive quote for repairs. The crew they sent out to do the repair were ON TIME, completed the prep work quickly, answered any questions we had and the clean up process was spotless. End result was a pool deck we were very pleased with that should stand the test of time. The product recommended allows us to walk on the area even in the hottest summer temps. He took out our window at our request the job looks horrible u can see it from the street and the inside looks like a pre school student did this. We have waited for 4 days to have him come back and fix it no showed. Cause we will call the az roc and go after him what a flake do not use this business for anything
