Hi there I have a lotto say about this company I could leave a long review but to sum it up in a few words did what they said they where going to do and with no hidden surprises awesome ???

After receiving five estimates to repair and resurface the decking around my 14 year old pool, I decided to have NLKD do the job. Dave the owner came to my home and after examining my deck, gave me an estimate which was $1000.00 lower than my highest estimate. He explained what process he uses and it was the same that everyone else uses. NLKD had good reviews so I decided that I would contract with them. Dave said that when he got back to the office, he would check their calendar to see when they could start. Kelly contacted me from the office and said they could start on 9-14-22 and the job would take 2-3 days. The crew, Brandon and Angel were due to arrive between 8 & 9 on the 14th. The office contacted me on the 13th to advise me that they were running a little behind on a previous job and the crew would be at my home a couple of hours late on the 14th. ( most companies don’t let you know and leave you guessing). Anyway, they showed up at approx. 11:00 and immediately went to work. These two workers are the best that I have ever encountered. They did not waste any time getting started and had my pool bubble wrapped in no time and masked everything around the pool that could have received overspray from the process they used. On Friday, the 16th, Brandon and Angel finished my Kool Deck resurfacing and it looks better than it ever has. Brandon and Angel uncovered the pool, removed all of the masking that they had done and cleaned up any mess that they had made while completing the job. I cannot say enough good things about these two guys.
One other thing I would like to mention is the honesty and integrity of this company. When Dave examined my decking for the estimate.he found several areas where he felt that the cement was deteriorating and that those areas would require extra attention and a special coating to seal it. On the estimate this was a $300 charge. I asked Brandon how the cement looked after he finished grinding the coating off. He said that it looked fine and and didn’t feel that the special coating was going to be necessary after all. I mentioned this to Dave Sheehan, the owner, and he said that since Brandon felt that it wasn’t necessary, I had a refund of $300.00 coming back. A few days later Dave stopped by and presented me with my refund. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company and his employees and highly recommend them to anyone that may need the type of concrete repair that they do. Decksion Pool Deck Resurfacing has excellent prices on pool deck resurfacing and pool deck coatings! I used this company a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished decking. The cracking and fading are now gone, and the deck looks stunning. My pool deck feels like a vacation area, and it was affordable. Thanks for being a reliable pool deck resurfacing company!

We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

We had them remodel our basement last December. Our entire basement was finished in 2 months despite supply chain delays. Thanks to the diligence and hard work of this company and its employees.

What a difference. I had Bob and his crew put a new coating on my pool deck. I opted for a flagstone pattern to match the existing decor. They did a great job and delivered exactly what was promised. I have more projects in the garage and front yard that Bob will definitely be doing. Thanks again.

Austin and his team at RafterHouse have done a fantastic job building a strong brand in the Arcadia neighborhood. My wife and I were presented with an opportunity to build a home with them this year, and we’re currently in the process of building. From the moment you walk in their office to sit down to go over the plans, all the way through to the interior design finishes, everything with RafterHouse has been first class. Sean did a great job on our backyard privacy project.

I contacted Sean, told him I did not want to see the new home that was being built behind the one side of our backyard and he took care of the rest. His passion and attention to detail allowed him to design an all natural solution that combined trees and large bushes and looks completely natural while providing full privacy between our back yard and our new neighbors home.

Sean came over to my home several times during the design phase to make sure his solution would not impact any of our existing mountain and city light views. Sean is so pleasant to work with and I felt like I was able to be involved as much I wanted in the process.

Contracted with them multiple times and they are very good at what they do and they make everyone around them look good as well.

Thanks Sean your honesty and knowledge of roofing was very helpful Sean and his crew was completely Pleasant experience to deal with and have to work on our roof. Not only did Sean have the patience with our decision on color picking of the tile he definitely took the time to send us multiple samples when it came down to our decision for the color of the tile we were undecisive when it came to it but he had the patience and the time to take out of his busy work schedule to send us options of what we were looking for so that we could actually have the right color for our house Sean was very understanding very flexible patient and very accommodatable I came down to a final decision Sean and his crew or very confident fast working clean and definitely will be spreading the word of mouth to friends and family and anyone we know when it comes down to having someone look for a roofer who is knowledgeable experienced dedicated and very accommodating and patient with the customers we appreciate all your work Sean and wish you and the SDC family all the best thanks again you guys were amazing!! Wouldn't have it any other way!
