Met with Ron today. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to do one job and was able to fix two other jobs that I needed to be done. He allowed my teenage son to watch some of his work and ask a bunch of questions which I thought was really kind of him. This was my first time using Handyman Connection and I will not hesitate to call them again the next time I need some handyman work done. Thanks Ron!

I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

We had Response Crew out for drywall repair. Gregg did a fantastic job and was professional, respectful and meticulous in his work. Jennifer in the office was helpful as well. We will not hesitate to call Response Crew for our future handyman needs. Thank you Gregg for your awesome work!

Wow, what fantastic craftmanship. Steve built from scratch a custom bentch that converts into a desk for our 5th wheelll. His attention to detail is superb. He made exactly what we had in mind.

Cabinets by Design was exactly who they said they were, a full service design and installation custom company. When we first met Chris, we knew that we were in the right place. He met all our expectations from layout to completion. He was hands on with the installers and even made his own punch list before I had a chance. He coordinated all the trades. His installers were polite and professional. Real craftsmen. The same crew started and completed the install. I would highly recommend Cabinets by Design.

This was of the most rude, bizarre phone calls I've ever had with a service company. I had some baseboards that had to be taken out and I'm looking for someone to replace them so the match the rest, so I called this guy.

He was very short with me from the moment he picked up the phone, I explained the situation and he asked if it was an insurance job, as in, one that my insurance company was paying for. i said no, and then he immediately replied with Sorry I'm too busy and hung up on me.

I almost never review companies but after he hung up on me I was stunned, and felt compelled to warn others of someone who based solely on my own impression is trying to overcharge my insurance, and when realized it was an out of pocket sort of thing decided it wasn't worth it. Felt very sheisty to me, and I know that insurance jobs as they call them are highly profitable since those companies tend to over quote on repairs. Anyway, make up your own mind but I won't ever make the mistake of calling this guy again.
