Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

We had a sun pump issue and crawling space was full of water. It happened on weekend of course :) and I don’t remember how many companies we called. Left so many messages. People never even called us back. This Plumbing services responded right a way, and stayed in touch with us until technician came in. I am so sorry that I don’t remember both of their names. But everything was done so professionally and so fast! It’s so important when you really need this help and specifically when nobody else is available. We had a great experience with you guys! Robbie and john from Belsito plumbing were AWESOME!!! They put in a new septic system at my Nana’s house and were top notch all the way. They walked us through each step and worked like crazy to get our house back to normal. Robbie even gave us a map of how it was laid out so we would know for future reference. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work, being so courteous, and kind. They are professionals at what they do. We will use Belsito plumbing going forward because of them. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

I booked an appointment a week out. There was no call to confirm the day before so I hoped that the time frame they gave me of 8-10am would be accurate. At 9:15 I called them to confirm we were on the schedule and the receptionist who answered confirmed and said they would be there by 10. At 10, they still weren’t here and I had to leave for an appointment. My husband had to leave work to be at the house for their arrival. At 11:15am he called them and the receptionist said that they were running behind schedule and she’d check with the technician for an eta and call right back. 35 minutes later and still no call back. My husband called again. This time she said that the technician was 3 to 4 hours out. So between 3 & 4pm. This is simply unacceptable as he was missing work to be there. There was no courtesy call, no apology, nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and terrible business practices.
