I called the office and was pleasantly guided towards providing value. The staff provided an appointment for Tony to come out and visit our home. He was prompt, prepared, and literally ready to do the work on the spot. We scheduled out for a few days since we needed to be prepared to have the water turned off for him to do the work.

He came back though, completed the work better than my expectation, and the job is never a penny more than the quoted bid. You aren't paying for a guy to sit around and milk you for time and run the bill up. If it's $300, that's it. 1 hour or 3 hours, you are locked in which is a nice change from the guess work that can happen on vague project timelines.

Luis from Response Crew was outstanding. Very nice man and he completed the request quickly and professionally. In addition, Jennifer Elgin followed up with me about how things went.

Everything from how professional and personable the crew was to the precautions of taping and protecting from ceiling to floor, to the high quality of finished product… we are EXTREMELY happy! They took our brown cabinets and made them a gorgeous white that look like they came that way!

Kyle and his team have done multiple projects for me. I always know that the work will be done right, when promised and with a high level of professionalism. They are always friendly and so helpful with any questions that come up. I’ve referred Kyle to other people as well with confidence in his work.

Greg did an absolutely horrible job repairing 2 porcelain tubs that were rusting at the drain. He estimated a very large amount, but agreed based on I thought he would do a nice job with the repair. But, when my tenant sent pictures of the repair, it looked like it was repaired with bubble gum. He promised the repair would extend the life of the tubs 5-7 more years.
Well, it didn't last even 3 months before it started leaking under the tub and the wet soil under the foundation cracked and lifted the tile from the bathroom all the way across the living room. I had to have the tubs and tile replaced after only 3 months after the repair.

This was the third handyman service I contacted, but it was the first one that was willing to take the job. Apparently most services wont do a job for less than $1000 dollars.... apparently not worth their time, but the contractor was able to help me within 48 hours. Good work too.
