Best New Construction Build in Phoenix AZ

I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

My wife and I are very satisfied on the final construction. The staff of the company were very professional throughout the process. It took the installers about 5 hours to complete. Despite the a few small scratches and a few handles with very sharp edges. This company did an overall great job. Highly recommended and the cost is reasonable then others.

Gregg came to our house to fix the kitchen faucet. We also tasked him with a couple of other fixing jobs while he was at the house. He handled everything beautifully and got things properly working again. Professional, kind and courteous. Thanks Gregg!

Chris and his team were wonderful, from start to finish! My husband and I needed a custom lower cabinet, and Chris matched our cabinet finish with our kitchen perfectly. I did not feel like I was a priority since my kitchen was small. It was my fear about going to a cabinet store. After the kitchen was measured and a quote was submitted I was ready to pay after a small change. My kitchen had been stripped down when measured so they knew I needed to get work done asap. Communication was done by email. I responded quickly but cabinets by design were slow in responding. I felt like they only wanted to work with the wealthy not a middle class person.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful on guiding me around the showrooms. Overall great cabinets! I went with the express I color & my kitchen turned out amazing. Will be back for my master bath!
