Handyman Connection recently completed our master bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were recommended by a friend of ours after they remodeled her master bathroom. We are beyond impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship. Allen, the owner, met with us on numerous occasions before work even started. He was quick to respond to all of our questions, and guided us in the right direction. We received an estimated cost of the remodel upfront. As work started, we added additional items to the project. Allen ensured we discussed all costs and approved them before the additional work was completed. He was reasonable and fair throughout the entire process. He came by our home several times during the remodel and checked in with us to ensure we approved several details of the project. Additionally, it was clear that he supports his employees, as he spoke highly of them and brought our contractor lunch. Mark was our contractor and we could not have been more pleased with his demeanor, work ethic, and craftmanship. He showed up on time every day and he worked hard. He consulted with us throughout the entire project (our preference) and offered his professional opinion, helping us make decisions about details. When an unforeseen electrical problem arose, Handyman Connection addressed the issue immediately so our project would not delayed. When Mark finished the job, our bathroom and kitchen design looked exactly as we had imagined. Response Crew repaired an area in the hallway last month and did a fantastic job! So much so, we had them back to fix two more spots in the kitchen. Our service man was named Will who was super friendly, efficient, and completed both jobs fast. Their office admin, Jennifer, called to keep us updated and every time was friendly. I highly recommend this company :)

Recently my husband and I sold a home. Prior to sale, we needed a number of improvements completed which included electrical and wiring, plumbing work, carpentry, painting, appliance installations and a number of other repairs / upgrades. For this work, I contacted Greg Knutson. Greg worked long hours and weekends to meet our very aggressive schedule. The quality of Greg’s work was excellent. His work reflected attention to detail and great craftsmanship. Greg made sure his work was done right, enabling us to develop trust in his ability to do fine work. Based on this positive experience with Greg, we have also hired him to do all maintenance work at our two rental properties. He is courteous and completes work promptly for our tenants. This was of the most rude, bizarre phone calls I've ever had with a service company. I had some baseboards that had to be taken out and I'm looking for someone to replace them so the match the rest, so I called this guy.

He was very short with me from the moment he picked up the phone, I explained the situation and he asked if it was an insurance job, as in, one that my insurance company was paying for. i said no, and then he immediately replied with Sorry I'm too busy and hung up on me.

I almost never review companies but after he hung up on me I was stunned, and felt compelled to warn others of someone who based solely on my own impression is trying to overcharge my insurance, and when realized it was an out of pocket sort of thing decided it wasn't worth it. Felt very sheisty to me, and I know that insurance jobs as they call them are highly profitable since those companies tend to over quote on repairs. Anyway, make up your own mind but I won't ever make the mistake of calling this guy again.
