A year ago, we had Handyman Connection help us renovate a bedroom for me. Mark C. was the man for the job and we were very impressed to say the least. Recently, we decided to remodel our bathroom. Since our experience with Mark C. was so good, we decided to request him specifically.

Mark C. is never late. He was on-time every single day and he was extremely respectful of our home, family, and pets. He cleans up after each day and makes our home look better than what it was before he started. Mark C. has a skill set that is truly masterful and polished. He communicates updates, changes, and general expectations as well as guides us with knowledgeable recommendations to accommodate our ideas. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Wonders of Wood and the fine work they did in refinishing our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. From beginning to end, their process was excellent. The sales representative, Joe, thoroughly explained their process, pricing and payment schedule. After we signed a contract, he gave a schedule for completion and they stuck to it. Their work crew showed up on time every day and worked tirelessly with few breaks. They kept me informed on their progress, paid close attention to detail and ensured that I had use of my kitchen throughout the project. In the end, they delivered a beautiful kitchen. It was hard to believe such a great transformation could happen in just 5 days. Gerardo, Jose, and Miguel did an excellent job of refinishing our solid Oak entry door and curved Oak staircase, they are darker with the grains showing through and are a serious update to accompany all the other mods we've done, this is one of the last mods and makes a HUGE difference. The guys were quick, efficient, and skilled in their trade. We are 100% satisfied and will use them in a couple of months to do our Oak kitchen cabinets. Thanks to all!

Was working with her product on a job where the contractor purchased flat pack boxes from them, we ran out of Staples on site was trying to call them to find out what staples sizes They use. After being hung up twice a and then finally a third time I called back asking to just please give me the size of the staple cause I needed more to be able to complete this installation.

They kept me on hold for 45 minutes didn’t answer. My question hung up on me three times and finally told me to have the main contractor called him back because they did not want to give me the standard size installation, staple that they use. Terribly unprofessional company will never recommend them cannot recommend them.

I would use CFA or HCI for your cabinet needs. Far more professional, and less troublesome installation as well as customer service.

The Matthew’s Family, Garth, Rhonda, Faith and Staff are wonderful to work with, going to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied. Refacing is a real cost saver for kitchen remodeling our biggest concern was quality of the product and follow through by the contractor. The Matthew’s took care of that concern. The quality of the product we selected is great and the install, with exception of a few necessary corrections was seamless. All said and done KTU left us with beautiful new kitchen and Baths. We recommend this the concept and Kitchen Tune Up to anyone looking to update their kitchen and baths.
