Best Refacing Cabinets in Phoenix AZ

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

A few years back we were dealers for 3 cabinetry lines in the Phoenix area. After too much hassle with the other guys, we decided to look into this operation. Within a few months, we exclusively dealt with the folks at New Cabinet Company. The line they distribute, J&K, is second to none in the modular cabinetry space - in terms of quality wood materials and hardware. We sell dozens of projects a year using their product and have not once had an unsatisfactory experience. The sales team is on point, the warehouse crew runs like a clock and the management from top down is accommodating and professional. The only cabinet company I would recommend.

We met with Sam after a referral from a family friend. His company was great and there were no surprise charges halfway through making the custom cabinets. It seems like every project has that one sub that tells you “oh, here, we forgot to bill you for this” and that never happened when dealing with Copper Canyon. I had the unfortunate experience of using distinctive to do the cabinets in my new home not only did they take a long time to get the cabinets once they were installed I’m having issues with the finish on the bathroom, distinctive refuses to fix them saying it’s a water issue but their bathroom cabinets the finish on the front is fine but the sides seems to be peeling off. I’m extremely disappointed for the amount of money that I’ve paid for anyone thinking about using distinctive. Please look up my information and I’d be happy to show you why not to use them.
