Best Home Window Installation In Phoenix in Phoenix AZ
I do remodeling projects and I'm SO pleased to find such a great group of people for my cabinets. The first company I used last year was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, so I knew the major pitfalls.
Now I'm 100% dedicated to Will for design, Alison expertly handled the purchase detail ... Traci coordinates the delivery and HUMBERTO is a total Rock Star with installation - truly, I've never seen anyone quite like him. There was a tiny little flaw, no one else would have even noticed, but Traci, Gary and Humberto got right on it with perfection!! I know I left out some great people, for which I apologize. Bottom line: I'm deliriously happy!

Kitchen Tune-Up was great. From start to finish, they communicated well and were patient with me while I tried to decide what direction to go in on a limited budget. I wound up going with the one day tune-up and had some roll out shelves installed. They didn't try to oversell me and they were on time and efficient. The entire job only took around 4 hrs and the cabinets look great. They even replaced the little bumpers on the inside of the doors. I highly recommend the Mathews. They will restore your faith in contractors!

The quote process was pretty straight forward and simple. Unfortunately that was the only part that was simple.
1.) Windows arrived 3 weeks after order. Install was scheduled for a Monday at 7am. I scheduled for 2 days off work. The installer called about 8am the day of install to inform me that his truck broke down. No one showed up or even called back with a new arrival date or time like they said they would.
2.)The install process was a huge mess that no one mentioned anything about. The stucco damage and interior wall damage was described as possibly 1/2 inch by the owner when they windows were quoted. The real damage is 6-8 inches on stucco and drywall and on a couple of windows larger than that.
3.) Very large amount of damages to my home. Stair rail and interior door trim damage from an installer not paying attention when carrying windows through the house.
4.) stucco repair is sub-par and is already cracking. I guess this is minor since I have to repaint my entire house now anyway.
5.) I have 3 windows and a sliding glass door that do not work properly. NO WAY THAT WHOLESALE WILL BE BACK FOR REPAIRS. I DON'T NEED SOMETHING ELSE DAMAGED.
6.) There were 2 screens damaged prior to install. They order replacements free of cost. That only took 3+ weeks and multiple phone calls. Turns out someone at the office forgot to place the order.
7.) Wholesale window nightmare over. Be cautious if you order from them. I wish I would have paid the small amount more for a reputable company. I easily spent the money I saved repairing damages to my home.
I added a few images to my review. This is one of many. All of the interior paint was just completed a few months ago and touched up the week before the window installers showed up.
