David was my salesperson and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I was over charged for the sales tax. They can't charge sales tax on the entire cost of the services they provide. Took 2 months to get that refunded. I had to go back to the store to request a refund because my salesperson (David) never returned my phone calls. While I was there I had to show pictures of the damage to my dry wall because they didn't believe there was any damage. Even after looking at the pictures the manager still didn't want to fix it. Only after a heated argument in the store did he agree to send someone out to just look at the damage to decide if it needed to be repaired. You could clearly see the damage from the pictures. The 2 guys they sent out did a wonderful job correcting what should have been fixed months ago. I do not recommend using them.

I have worked with Jeff for over 5 years in our home remodel projects. His knowledge is broad because he has done all jobs related to cabinets and countertops working his way from the ground up. He knows design and installation like no other. His skill set is critical because he never overlooks the tiny little details that make a huge difference in the end. He is easy to reach, prompt to return calls and does his very best to be available to meet you at the showroom, or at your job site, to accommodate your needs. He is on time for appointments, communicates with you about the status of your order so you can keep your contractors lined up and keep your schedule on track. Not everyone does all this, or has people that understand the importance of timing. We have shopped around a lot, and twice used other companies, but learned our lesson and just go to Jeff for our cabinet or countertop needs now. I hesitate to refer anyone, but Jeff is one of only 3 people I would recommend to others. (For the other two, one does hardscapes and one is a painter.) I used Re-New Cabinets to give my kitchen a “facelift.”The cabinets were refaced with new doors and a laminate on the existing cabinets. I also had a cabinet replaced with drawers and one with slide out shelves.
Re-New took care of everything. They have many styles to choose from in their showroom.
I also had a new countertop and backsplash and new sink and faucet. I can not say enough about how well we were treated by Robert and Arlette and the rest of their team. The installers were prompt and cleaned up after they put in a days work. And most of all they did a beautiful job!
