Was working with her product on a job where the contractor purchased flat pack boxes from them, we ran out of Staples on site was trying to call them to find out what staples sizes They use. After being hung up twice a and then finally a third time I called back asking to just please give me the size of the staple cause I needed more to be able to complete this installation.

They kept me on hold for 45 minutes didn’t answer. My question hung up on me three times and finally told me to have the main contractor called him back because they did not want to give me the standard size installation, staple that they use. Terribly unprofessional company will never recommend them cannot recommend them.

I would use CFA or HCI for your cabinet needs. Far more professional, and less troublesome installation as well as customer service.

New Generation was great to work with. Anthony came to our home to give us an estimate and we were so grateful for his help. We were trying to decide on exactly what we wanted but were still unsure. He took the time to talk us through the different options and show us examples of some of their other completed projects. They were also really good about working around our schedule and always showed up on time. Our kitchen turned out beautiful. We highly recommend New Generation.

I have been having trouble finding someone to help me replace just a few bathroom cabinets. My job was too small for most and I was getting turned away by other cabinet places. But Connie made us feel like we were building a new home and she was there to help. I was very appreciative of the way she steered us in different directions based on our feedback of cost and style. It was a great experience.

I was impressed with this company from the Very first touchpoint. Randy turned around the quote same day and returned all calls and texts immediately. This should be a standard business practice, I know, but in today’s environment it is more of a differentiator. Chris was the gentlemen that worked on my cabinets. I wanted 2 bathrooms and my hall linen cabinets restrained. After deliberation with Chris he was able to help me select the right paint and color (decided to paint vs stain) the cabinets. Chris had excellent communication and follow up skills, was totally efficient and took great care during the process to protect my walls, floors and belongings. I cannot say enough great things about Chris and he was so nice and professional on top of it all. I also felt the pricing was fair. I highly recommend this company and would use them again should the occasion arise.

Brian came to our house and impressed us right away. He was professional and appeared to be very honest. Even though his price was not the lowest of our three quotes that we acquired, we felt confident that he would complete the job to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. His timeline worked for us and Team Kevyn (family members) appeared at our doorstep ready to work....and work hard, they did. They were all very friendly, efficient and did excellent work with great attention to detail. We didn't have to remove anything from our kitchen cabinets and the whole kitchen was sectioned off to reduce the odor of the paint. The Uncle did exceptional work and was the master tradesman! Kevyn was instrumental in organizing, communicating what was required in detail. In the end, the Mom polished taps and cleaned counters and floors to leave our kitchen pristine! Great work and would highly recommend Brian's company and his Team Kevyn!!
