I did not feel like I was a priority since my kitchen was small. It was my fear about going to a cabinet store. After the kitchen was measured and a quote was submitted I was ready to pay after a small change. My kitchen had been stripped down when measured so they knew I needed to get work done asap. Communication was done by email. I responded quickly but cabinets by design were slow in responding. I felt like they only wanted to work with the wealthy not a middle class person.

I have not purchased from this company yet as we are still at the planning stages but so far the experience and advice has been excellent. We are dealing with Ashley Marshall and she is very helpful and their cabinets are locally made in Phoenix.

Justin did a fantastic job with our Modern Kitchen Renovation. He was not only very kind and professional, but completed our renovation ahead of schedule and within our budget! His attention to detail and customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Premium Cabinets!

Just Wow! We just had our new custom kitchen island installed and it looks amazing. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel and we started with having a custom cabinet design made for our kitchen island. The granite will be added next week and now all the plumbing and electrical is done and ready to go. Once this is done then we will start on the kitchen cabinets. We are doing an all custom tiered design for the cabinets that will look amazing. We cannot thank Mike and the team at MK Woodworks enough for the beautiful design and the quality of the work they did. We reviewed multiple Phoenix cabinet makers and no one was able to meet our demands and timeline but MK Woodworks. So I just had a 15’x9’ very large wall unit(media) installed. I have one word for it. PERFECT. If you are looking for a professional company with extremely professional installers look no further. Communication was awesome immediate. It took 8 hours, 1 day to install my unit and it is perfect. Yes, I said perfect. Would refer them to every single person I know. Oh and I did research several other companies. This was a GREAT experience!!

We had 14 pull-out maple custom fitted shelves installed in our kitchen cabinets. Now we can easily reach all our pots, pans, Tupperware, mixing bowls, etc. Shelf-theory did a great job for us.

We worked with Tim P. at Classy Closets to help design our new master closet and we had a great experience throughout. Tim met us onsite and took measurements and listened to what we hoped for. We never felt pressured or like there was an up sell. He then asked us to check out the showroom to pick colors, etc while he prepared the drawings. We requests a few changes, which he graciously incorporated. Come installation, the crew showed up on time and were polite and courteous and took their time to do it right. I'd recommend Tim any day.

Tim our designer did amazing job ensuring all the details. The installation crew was highly professional. And the truth is with the size and scope of our kitchen we did end up with a couple of hiccups, but Affinity staff resolved every issue professionally and promptly. I would not hesitate to use them again.
