I did not feel like I was a priority since my kitchen was small. It was my fear about going to a cabinet store. After the kitchen was measured and a quote was submitted I was ready to pay after a small change. My kitchen had been stripped down when measured so they knew I needed to get work done asap. Communication was done by email. I responded quickly but cabinets by design were slow in responding. I felt like they only wanted to work with the wealthy not a middle class person.

The stone looks great, and the process was fairly easy. However, our counters are still incomplete after 3 weeks. There is a gap about 3 inches that is missing on our back splash. It wasn't cut initially and after 3 calls to superior stone and cabinets we are still waiting on this piece to fill the gap. You as the consumer have to double check everything...we were told the back splash pieces would connect but they don't and now we paid a ton of money for our countertops to be 95% complete.
Update: After calling 4 or 5 times and waiting 5 weeks after our initial install and letting them know there was a problem, out countertops are complete. They look great! My only critique is that I had to keep calling to find out when the final piece would be installed. It was annoying that I wasn't ever called to be informed of how the situation was being resolved. I always had to call to keep the ball rolling.

Craig and his crew are fantastic. Worked with me every step of the way on my project. Made sure the materials were what we wanted and went way above and beyond for us and got the project done ahead of schedule. 100% would recommend. High quality in a done of many contractors not doing detailed work.

My experience with castle cabinets was great. I replaced my whole kitchen cabinets with a darker wood finish. Staff was super understanding when I could not make up my mind on the color. After install, my kitchen now looks like a brand new house. Kind, professional and knowledgeable. Recommend.

My wife and I were looking for someone to build us a custom closet. We have a small closet and the builder didn't use the small space we have well at all. I called around several places and had several quotes. Most of the folks that came out were a little pushy and way to eager to get me to sign a contract. The prices were all over the place. I also found out that most of the ads I saw in the weekly advertisements have a LOT of fine print. What you actually get compared to what they advertise for the price are two very different things. I agreed with his ideas and my wife did as well. The bottom line for us is the quality of the job and the price. What are we getting and how much? John's prices were very reasonable and his material quality is second to none. He brought over samples and I compared them to others I had seen with previous quotes - there is no comparison. The quality of John's materials are much better than the competition. Add that with very fair pricing and I'm sold. We liked Triton so much we decided to have garage cabinets installed as well. John has 3 different levels of cabinets. Each level comes with a price based on your budget.....no hidden fees, no crazy add ons, no surprise surcharges. I am not one to usually write reviews, but I am just so happy with how our kitchen turned out I had to share. We met with Anthoni from New Generation to discuss our project and he was great! We were not sure about refinishing or how the quality would be but decided to get an estimate after researching the cost of getting new cabinets. I was blown away listening to Anthoni describe everything and seeing his passion for what he does, explaining every detail about the process and different steps they take to ensure a premium finish. Great team, great cost and most importantly great results. We feel like we have a brand-new kitchen.
