We had a custom livingroom cabinet built a little over 6 months ago and we could not be more pleased with it! We had an idea and Linda and Arturo helped make the idea become beautiful piece. They do all the work so there is no communication errors. They become family along the way! My husband and I comment daily about how happy we are!

My experience was wonderful and my cabinets are beautiful. The workers were polite, professional and hard workers. My expectations were fully met. The care taking to protect the walls, floors, counter tops, etc was remarkable.

I had very positive experience with this company from start to finish. The owner, Brian, came out for the estimate and brought samples along with cabinet magzines for color ideas. He went over the details of how they do the work, the products they use, and helped clariy alot of questions I had on Refacing cabinets and different refinishing methods. He had alot of suggestions on what was possible and he never gave me the hard sell or bad-mouth competitors - which I experienced with another company.

He insisted on not taking any deposit until I had seen the work on my door and once the work was started, everything was completed in the 5 day period he had promised . The kitchen and bathrooms turned out even better than I had hoped and I would gladly reccommend them to others in the future.

We recently had our kitchen and bathroom cabinets re-faced by re-new. We could not be happier with the results - they are the only company we spoke with that included new solid wood drawers, hardware, custom staining (any color you can dream up, they can accommodate), and color matching the inside lip of all cabinets… they also were able to correct previous installation issues and had very creative and insightful ideas to consider during the buying process, which allowed us to not just reface the cabinets, but reconfigure certain aspects of the existing cabinet boxes.

Beyond the product and design highlights, the craftsman ship was excellent, with meticulous attention to detail, and they made sure to completely clean up, dust, mop, etc, at the end of every workday. We highly recommend RE-new.

This company is absolutely the most dysfunctional, inefficient and unprofessional we’ve worked with. My family has attempted to retrieve cabinets that were paid in full and received by Sanels warehouse for weeks now. They’re mysteriously ‘verifying the delivery’ but we still have no idea if our cabinets are at their warehouse. We’ve had to call customer service daily to ask for updates. Then we got a call that the cabinets were ready for pickup. We organized the pickup with our contractor and then they called back to tell us they made a mistake and thought they were talking to someone else……..There’s obviously no communication lines between sales, customer service and the warehouse. How can it take weeks to tell us where our cabinets are and if they’re ready for pickup? We will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them if you’re on any kind of timeline. Sanels, Don’t bother responding to this review unless you can actually give us the cabinets.

We were very impressed with Gabriel Duran. He came out and adjusted our cabinets. He was very professional, on time and had great customer service. Thank you Gabriel.

Still waiting for someone to come and fix my media center… it looks great from a distance but these cracks and seems should’ve been filled and finished. I’m still waiting for a Manager
someone to call me from any location. I know they’re extremely busy, but they’ve been paid in full. They should complete the job disappointed.

Simply amazing! 3 years ago cabinet solutions brought my vision for our bathroom cabinets to reality and they look amazing to this day! Also the quality of craftsmanship is impeccable and the cabinets still look as new today as the day we got them. Fast forward to the dreaded year of 2020. I had another vision (yes, this year coming to an end!) of putting new shelves and cabinets in our home office and guest room, and once again cabinet solutions out did themselves! Kate came out, asked what we were looking for, took some measurements and one day later sent me an email of computer generated drawings of exactly what we wanted! I mean it’s like she knew to a tee what I was as hoping to see. Thank you so much Kate and cabinet solutions not only for your amazing cabinets, but also your creativity and professionalism!!!

Purchased a vanity with granite counter and granite started staining from the water. They claim no one else had this problem. Overpriced and no returns. Custom service is typically rude at the front desk.
