Best Bathroom Cabinetry in Phoenix AZ

Updating my review after change in circumstances. My earlier review: Nice people but competency, follow up and ownership of responsibility not of professional standard. And then 1star.

My reason for hiring Platinum Cabinetry was based 100% on recommendation by someone with whom I have complete confidence in work, ethics, and experience in remodeling/construction industry.

I put complete trust in that and went full steam ahead using this company's services. I expected their expertise to carry the day and to not have my lack of expertise be put to test. I was operating at a distance so needed a person that would make sure everything went smoothly, be it measurements , follow ups etc. Lots of issues had to be corrected on my dime. The critical element is that in the end , it is still my dollar, my project and my lack of being aware of the skill set they possessed in serving my purposes that led to frustration and disappointment. Communication is vital.

That being said, the company went ahead behind the scenes and corrected an issue that one of my frustrations. I learned of this from the 3rd party who took care of problem. I have tremendous competency expectations from professionals I hire, but even more important are trust and integrity of those who run the company. Without exception, I vouch for the integrity of the person who owns this company. If I have that, with communication, everything else works out.

I’m so happy with the work Wonders of Wood did for me. We asked them to repaint existing cabinets as well as design and install custom cabinets. They kept to their schedule, they were professional, and their work was great. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars though is because of their customer service. There were a couple hiccoughs in the process, for example they installed the wrong drawer panels. When I contacted them they immediately took accountability and remedies the error. The fact that they don’t hesitate to make it right for the customer makes them one of the best in the industry as far as I’m concerned!

Diamond Kitchen and Bath has been the best decision for our clients that we have ever made. Micah definitely makes the process pleasant and easy. He is patient through the design phase and very responsive with scheduling. From concept to completion Micah exceeds our expectations for professionalism and service. I forgot to mention the quality and affordability of cabinets are second to none. The design results are amazing and Micah is exceptional. Thank you Diamond Kitchen & Bath.

Their factory built cabinets were delivered to my Phoenix home in perfect condition. All the pieces were well packaged and labeled. I highly recommend VIP Cabinets for anyone who wants a great product at a good price.

I had Space Solutions install garage cabinets about 2 years ago. This weekend, one of the doors of the cabinets came off. I called them, and within a few days they had someone out to fix the issue, and this was during holiday season. I have had Space Solutions complete two jobs at my house, and I have not only been impressed with their quality of work, but also their customer service. I highly recommend them, as they do exceptional work, and if there ever is a problem, they handle and fix it immediately. One of the best companies I have ever contracted, and personally, I would highly recommend them, not only for their quality of work, but also for their exceptional customer service.

The installation process was seamless in our office. The install crew even came in on a Saturday when we're closed so we didn't lose any downtime! We're constantly getting compliments from our clients on how good our new counters and work stations look.

Jess Esveld was a pleasure to work with. He helped us transform our laundry room. Now my wife looks forward to doing the laundry just so that she can be in one of her favorite rooms. :) Our experience in the showroom was great. Jess took the time to go over everything, offering suggestions along the way, and even came out to the house after working all day to measure everything to make sure the job would come out perfectly, and it did. Jordan, our cabinet installer, was timely, courteous, and professional, and did a great job. The countertop installers were also prompt and professional. We had a great experience. Linda and Arturo built us an amazing built-in bookcase for our living room. It was exactly what we wanted and we’ve gotten lots of compliments. High quality craftsmanship. Responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Did not respond to work not done properly. We’re very unprofessional and at times threatening. Do not let this company do your cabinets. I spent over 50,000 dollars and was treated with disrespect.
