I am beyond impressed and in awe of Dr. Chem. From the friendly and helpful appointment setting for the very next day to the miracle performed by Tech’s Jeremy and Tyler. My “angel” pup threw a temper tantrum and decided to teach me by urinating on a white couch. Over the next 3 months I used cleaner upon cleaner trying to remove both the odor, stain, and water stains to only make it worse. I still don’t know how they did it but I swear they wore capes as that feat could have only been achieved by superheroes. The couch was restored back to white and there is no trace of odor or stains.
