Best Salt Water Pool in Phoenix AZ

We have been with Rockman Pool Service for just about a year. We have used them for our weekly pool service and they installed a new distribution unit dome. Their weekly service includes checking chemicals, brushing the pool walls, skimming out debris and backwashing as necessary. This is more than I can say for my previous pool service!

Most recently George replaced our sand filter. He was tasked with removing all the sand from our old filter, removal of the filter itself and installation of new filter with new sand. He also painted all the pipes to match the new sand filter, what a pleasant surprise! He was on time, he communicated throughout the process and completed it within a day, plus no mess left behind! Previous pool service that replaced our sand a couple of years ago, left a mess, took them over a week to clean it up and we still have sand laying around from that job a couple of years ago.

Will is the best pool service technician i have had. He is very thorough and my pool has never looked better! It is always clear now, even with the increase in windy days and dust. He Communicates well if/when my pool situation changes and let me know clearly what he’s doing to maintain it. He goes the extra mile to make sure he’s ahead of any situation as opposed to responding to problems. Before he came, I was planning on canceling my pool service because I felt like I could do just as good of a job as the other company. Now, that i see the value, I don’t think I’m going to get rid of pool service! Thanks a lot Will!!
