I’m a relatively new homeowner and had no idea what to expect from having my home power washed. American Maintenance Professionals are just that! Professional. They were quick to respond to every inquiry. They showed on time. They followed the notes left by the office to lock my back gate etc. I got home and pulled into my carport and was instantly glad I had the house washed. I hadn’t even gotten out of my car and was already impressed. I continued being impressed as I walked around to my front door and patio. I kept saying aloud to myself how much I loved it! I will definitely call them again for services.

Wil is terrific. I can always depend on him to fix things in my pool. He also knowS that I am away during the summer and he makes sure that everything is okay.
