Best Mold Clean in Phoenix AZ

I have used this company in the past to do standard cleaning and was happy with the service except for one time. THIS time I am VERY UNHAPPY! I scheduled a deep clean for $340 the staff showed up a little after 8am and were done a little after 10am. The kitchen was just a surface clean. The baseboards were not cleaned, the fans were not cleaned, under the raised entertainment center, raised couches and around the bar stools were left with food crumbs and a layer of dust. I specifically asked for that to be addressed. I feel like I should be refunded the whole amount they just down graded it to a standard clean that is NOT what I asked for! I will not be using them again!

Working with Bob, Rebecca and the crew was a great experience. They were easily accessible and their work was top notch. They were happy to take on extra projects as needed. The only reason we are no longer clients is that we sold the building. When we need janitorial service again the first person I call will be Bob and his company.

I've used Olesia twice. She did an excellent job twice. She is quick and very efficient. I recommend her to anyone who needs a house cleaned

Rich and his staff are amazing! I have used him 4 times in the past 2 months for various reasons. The first was a flood in my house and my landlord was just letting the odor linger. He came out and used amazing products to help it smell fresh and clean. The second time was a home I own, I was evicting tenants and trying to see if the carpet was salvagable. He came and cleaned the stairs so I could get a good idea and it worked. He then came back and cleaned the whole upstairs after the tenants moved out and you could barely tell the carpet was used. Oh yeah, he also came out within 24 hours when my dog got sick all over the carpet....no stains, no smells, just clean carpet! He's prompt, reliable, professional and a great person.
