Great service! Went above and beyond. House is cleaner then it ever has been!

I’ve been with Maid Easy for several years. Unfortunately, it isn’t what it was when I started. Over the last several months we’ve come home to find they didn’t clean at all, only cleaned the downstairs, skipped bathrooms or failed to vacuum select bedrooms. It’s to the point we come home on our service day every month and inspect every room of the house. On top of that, they increased the price, albeit very nominally, without any notification. They do fix the issues when the house isn’t cleaned properly, but it shouldn’t come to that.

I love having a very clean house! They clean top to bottom. I'm very grateful for this service. I highly recommend it.

We are so happy with MAID BRIGADE. we used them for about two years before covid and I am so glad we can re-start again. They came to start with a much needed deep clean and will continue every week....My husband and I are re-tired and have mobility issues and it has been wonderful for us to have them. They are clean, polite, on time and willing to do what is asked. I cannot be positive enough!!!

I have been nothing but pleased with how professional and kind each and every maid pro worker has been. Celia makes the best beds! They are so nice, that I don't want to sleep in them! Octavio is the best in vacuuming my house. Marley is a peach too! The only feedback of improvement I could suggest, would be the communication with the administration. We have been using Peak Cleaning almost a year now for our luxury Airbnb in downtown Scottsdale. They have proven to be timely, exceptional at what they do and communication has been most amazing. Highly recommend them out of any other cleaning crew in the valley.

Worst cleaning experience ever! First lady showed up 15 minutes late, 2nd lady showed up 30 minutes late. Cleaning was terrible, kitchen counters had reside, kitchen sink never cleaned, bathtubs hair and residue, rooms were not swept or mopped, etc. I had to ask if they were even cleaned. As if that wasn't enough they packed up and were leaving 15 minutes early, I mentioned that they still owe for the 45 minutes they were late and they just smiled and left. I paid $200.00 and spent the next day myself cleaning for 4 hours so it would be ready for the open house, worst experience ever! Please be sure to read through the reviews, several others had same experience.
