I had tried 2 other companies and there were always issues. When I found this company, every single part of the transaction and service were top notch! Elisabeth - who took my initial calls - was extremely thorough in explaining all of the processes and expectations. That very day, within an hour, she arranged for the owner to come to our home to do a walkthrough and estimate. Brian could not have been nicer! He was honest, considerate and took the time to ensure every need and question was addressed. Our Deep Clean went very well and Guille & Alex made sure every single thing was perfect. They kept us informed along the way, and ensured we were satisfied before they left. Our first time trying this company and Deep Clean went so well that we are now a regular customer! Try this company!

Had a hard time securing the appointment and the oil stains are still visible the driveway is bleached but stains still there.

Health Points Cleaning Service does an excellent Job maintaining the cleaning of our office which is no easy task considering we are a cabinet manufacture. We are always happy to come in on Monday and find everything bright, clean and sawdust free! Customer Service is very responsive and the cost is more than reasonable for the services rendered. I would recommend them for your office or home needs!

These guys are great! They are always checking in to see how things are going and making sure I'm happy with the results. I met with Bob a few months back and we sat down and he explained all the details to me, how things are done, when they will be done and why they do things the way they do. I work in a dental office and you can only imaging the things in the air, they use a hand held particle counter to make sure our air is super clean. He even has an MSDS book of everything they use! That's 1 less thing I have to worry about!! Pablo is great also, he stops by and checks out the office just making sure everything is in tip top shape. And if it isn't, I just make a quick call to Pablo and it fixed BY THE NEXT DAY!!!

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
