Best Hardwood Floor Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Love this company! Sean, Anna and their team are very professional and efficient. They are very respectful of our home and we trust them completely. I have been a customer for 8 years and have never had a problem. If you are looking for a company that uses green products and leaves your house sparkling clean without the lingering chemical smell, then they are your match! We love Arizona Cleaning!

I use The Cleaning Authority on a seasonal basis and made an appointment 3 weeks prior to leaving for the Holidays. I called to confirm the appointment 2 days prior. The Manager informed me that even though I had made my appointment 3 weeks ago they were cancelling the appointment because their regular customers come first and there schedule is now full. If I wouldn’t have called to confirm I’m guessing they just wouldn’t have showed up.
Don’t think this is a good way to run a business.

Our contracted custodian through Stratus is amazing and we have yet to have a negative experience with him. He is always available, whether it be a scheduled appointment or a last minute change in plans. He truly relieves so much stress in the setting up and breaking down of our events each week.

I worked for this cleaning company 2 weeks ago. Everyday I worked I asked for hiring paperwork to be established with the company and obviously for being paid for working and would be told tomorrow we will have it over and over again by the manager Andrew who is the Owners son. On payday I asked for a paycheck and he refused to pay me stating I cannot prove I worked for the company as they never documented it. I have filed a claim with the Arizona Labor Board, a complaint with the BBB, reached out to a manager at Robertson’s Fuel Systems located at 800 W Carver Rd #101 Tempe, AZ 85284 which is where this company cleans M-F 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
