Best Detailed Maid Service in Phoenix AZ

Unfortunately I had to tell Merry Maids that we could no longer use the company. We have used them for the past year. As of late I noticed that the cleaning person or persons, (they had difficulty sending two people) we’re almost cleaning at a frantic pace. Today right after they left the manager called to tell me they were raising the price from 145.00 per week to 240.00 per week. She was very rude and said the cleaning was taking too long and they were calling other customers also to tell them the same thing. She also mentioned that due to COVID their prices were going up! The management expects the gal to clean a 1700 square foot home thoroughly (3bedroom two bath) in 1 hr. and 15 minutes. The management is being very unfair to their employees. So BEWARE after your contract is up, they raise the price!! I sure did not feel like a valued customer!

I can't recommend Arizona Cleaning highly enough. They are reliable, thorough, and do an excellent job. We have many pets, so our home can be challenging, but they always do an amazing job and leave our house spotless! We've been happy customers for six years.

I first heard about Merry Maids when I was nominated for free cleaning services they were providing for Healthcare workers during the Corona virus pandemic. I knew right away this is a company that cares about the community and they confirmed this when they came to my house and provided outstanding service. I have used their services once again, and I was not disappointed. The staff assigned to me was professional, on time, and service was excellent. I have a lot on my plate on a daily basis, and Merry Maids gave me a sense of relief in knowing my home was cleaned with care.

We have used the Cleaning Authority - Phoenix for about 4 years now to perform routine cleaning service of our home. Rachel is our team leader and when she is our team leader (which fortunately is most of the time), we are consistently pleased with the quality of their cleaning services. Last week we had Rachel again as our team leader and her other team members were Ruth and Regina. They did an excellent job once again! Our labradoodle loves them, which assures us they are good people too! We appreciate the consistency!!!

Today's MaidPro Emeli did a very nice job for us. She was prompt, polite, efficient and completed all the many cleaning tasks in the expected timeframe. We continue to be satisfied with MaidPro!

Punctual & professional!! Highly recommend! Jacqueline was nice, asked the right questions, was quiet while I worked from home & cleaned 2300+ sqft like it was a dollhouse!! Was also priced better than Dirt Busters House Cleaning!
