Professional service from my initial call to their office to the guys who cleaned our driveway. My driveway looks brand new. I highly recommend this company!

I honestly struggled with the franchise that was assigned to clean our facility. Lack of communication, every visit they fell short on their cleaning and never sent someone back to fix it, just frustrating overall. But, then I contacted the jani-king corporate and complained and I could not have been happier with the service.

Director of Operations, Don Horton was amazing. Not only did he get back to me almost immediately, but then he set up a time and date to come meet me in person and go over my concerns. He discussed things with me, took pictures, and made a plan of action. Then on my next cleaning, the head of the franchise that was cleaning our site finally showed his face (first time since first visit) and I was able to discuss my concerns with him and show him what was not being done. I am 100% positive this never would have happened if it was not for Don Horton and the magic he worked.

Don even took the time to meet with me again the day after the clean, and went through everything with me to make sure the cleaning was done thoroughly and corectly this time. I really appreciate all the work Don did for me to get things back on track, and I am optimistically hopeful that now everything will stay on track and 100% will be given on every clean. Thank you Don Horton, you are awesome!

He Google mapped my house, gave me an estimate for tops and bottoms and when I came home, it was like 1,000 fairies waved their squeegee wands! I ordered this service for my Mother and she was extremely happy with the housekeeping. She said that Alyssa worked very diligently and did a great job with all of the tasks Mom wanted done. Alyssa was puntual and had let me know when she was arriving so that I could assure Mom that she was coming. I recommend Carole's for your housekeeping.
