Called Dr Chem Dry on Friday afternoon~spoke to Tracy, (extremely nice lady) she gave me an appointment the next day Sat. @10:a.m. with Technician Dan. Dan was polite/friendly & took great pride in cleaning my carpets. I'm so HAPPY...... Dan did an amazing job. I will use them again.

Set an appointment with them. Told them we had other appointments that could not be changed. They said no problem we can make it happen. After waiting for almost an hour beyond the agreed time we call and they said they will be another 10 minutes before they get there. I stated it was unacceptable. There answer reschedule or find someone else. Nice service.
