The appointment was easy to make and was confirmed the day before the scheduled time. Lupita and Tolisa came to clean my house on May 12, 2021. They arrived slightly early than the scheduled 12 PM work and that was fine. I like the end result of their work. There's just minor misses here and there but overalll I am 98% satisfied! Do not recommend! Overcharged me, did not clean everything I asked. I feel they took advantage of my situation to charge me more since i could not stay to watch them as they cleaned. Horrible communication skills.

So I need a cleaning service for a while. I have a really bad back so many challenges and a friend of mine reached out to me and said you should try thumbtack so I went on Thumbtack and found Sumo Cleaners. There was a picture and the guy looked friendly. You can always tell a lot by a picture I sent a request I got an immediate response from Carter. He was professional and amazing and so personable and tended to my needs. He set up an appt and a cleaner came out to my house. She was amazing. She was so great and professional, and wanted to just do the best she could to help me and make my apartment sparkle ! which she did is just that her name is Shadaya and she is great.
