Matt did some major repair to our pool equipment about 5 years ago and I was very impressed with his professionalism, competence, and demeanor. Recently, I asked that he return to fix another issue with our pop-up head water valve and, as expected, he did another great job and got it done quickly. He is definitely our “pool guy” for life!

I was given an estimate by a different company that was a bit excessive so I called other grease trap cleaning contractors when I discovered Phoenix Grease Trap Services who can get the job done for waaaay less. These guys are so professional and they even cleaned out the surrounding areas of our grease trap after they were done with the service. I will definitely use these guys again.

I am completely blown away at the phenomenal customer service i’ve received. They cleaned out my junked rental home in a few truckloads. A little pricier than the other quotes i’ve received but i wanted to support my local first responders and firefighters. I found my permanent junk removal and cleaning company. I found leo and his brother on facebook in a group for cummins isx problems. They advertised that their ultrasonic cleaning system is far superior to the normal bake system that dealers use. When you walk in to their office they have several different dpf units cut in half showing the difference between the filter after they cleaned it and several from dealers after they said it was clean a few which show actual damage after the dealership said it was clean. Leo is very honest and trys to do the best job for the least amount that he can. I would recommend anyone to use dpf alternatives after my experience in phoenix. The office staff is wonderful, they are a large company which makes it easy for them to come out quickly if needed. I have had them do my carpet, tile and air ducts. I would highly recommend Arizona Carpet Care.

I have been with poolman for 26 years and they just flaked on me. They only come out every other week to put chemicals in. When green slime started to appear, they refused to return phone calls and did not fix the problem. Extremely extremely unhappy with them. I have a rental property and there was a leak in one of the pipes. Poolman said if they fixed it they would start chemical it. I got it fixed with Poolman and they never started chemicals. The company is definitely going downhill. Good luck if you hire them

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
