Tom is very detail-oriented and does a wonderful job. He does inside, outside or both….handling as much or as little as you’d like him to take care of. Tom even removed and cleans screens and sunscreens covering windows so that it all looks terrific. Unlike many other businesses, Tom has held his pricing so you REALLY get a lot for your money. Use Western Window and you will be thrilled with the results! I wish all business owners took this much pride in their work.

First cleaning ever last Thursday and Zowie and Francisca did an amazing job. Everything was spot on clean and the way they even re-organized things after they cleaned was better than I had things places originally! It’s those finishing touches that really impressed me. It was wonderful to come back to such a well-cleaned house. I would highly recommend their services.

I actually had to cancel getting my carpets cleaned and i called apex on extremely short notice and they were so nice and professional. Not only did i not have to even tell him who i was he was completely understanding. Customer service is extremely important to me and i am very impressed with this company. if i could give more than 5 stars i would!

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
