I hired Carole's to perform the move out cleaning and carpet cleaning of our rental home. Communication was top notch and all questions I had were appropriately answered. Cierra arrived on time, had the sweetest demeanor, worked for several hours, and did an impeccable job. She even sent me photos of the finished product! The man who came to clean our carpets did a very thorough job and left the carpets feeling nice, not overly saturated or crunchy. Worst cleaning experience ever! First lady showed up 15 minutes late, 2nd lady showed up 30 minutes late. Cleaning was terrible, kitchen counters had reside, kitchen sink never cleaned, bathtubs hair and residue, rooms were not swept or mopped, etc. I had to ask if they were even cleaned. As if that wasn't enough they packed up and were leaving 15 minutes early, I mentioned that they still owe for the 45 minutes they were late and they just smiled and left. I paid $200.00 and spent the next day myself cleaning for 4 hours so it would be ready for the open house, worst experience ever! Please be sure to read through the reviews, several others had same experience.

Living with a three-year-old, one becomes accustomed to a certain degree of squalor. We all do it for various reasons: be it children, work, or just sheer laziness, we neglect our counters, baseboards, windows, those weird cracks along our sliding doors, etc. We simply get used to a certain level of filth.

Owning up to their name, Clean Freak Cleaning Services does NOT neglect those surfaces we tend to ignore. Our deep clean honored the moniker, leaving our house nothing less than pristine. I almost feel bad living in it at this point, since the aforementioned three-year-old seems to have little respect for the work of this diligent company. At least he takes his shoes off now after meeting the friendly and caring staff!
