I had the pleasure of having James, the owner of the company, come out to my house today to check some cracks that were appearing in my foundation stem walls. James quickly identified why the cracks were occurring and what could be done to repair/prevent those types of crack in the future (gutters/grading). It was a huge relief to hear that was all that needed to be done. Appreciate James for his honesty and the time he spent educating me on why cracks were appearing and what actions to take. Would highly recommend to anyone worried about potential foundation issues with their home!

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Big Nick's does the weekly landscaping in our community. What a nice job! Suffice it to say there are plenty of owners in our community who are never happy no matter who is the landscape contractor. 100% happy with Nick.

I just called Five Star to request a quote for some work. A guy answered the phone and I said “hi, how are you today?” He said “who’s calling”...I gave my name and he promptly hung up on me! I believe he thought I was a solicitor because I asked how he was before staying what I was calling for! What the heck??

Maybe they should stick to residential. Incompetence to resurface major roadways during the day/business hours especially in front of schools. Just ignorant. It’s a night job, if that hadn’t occurred to you.
